 Rehab complex in Tustin sells for $18 million – Orange County Register

Tustin Rehabilitation Hospital, a 73,180-square-foot medical facility in Tustin, has sold for $18 million.

The seller, an affiliate of Ventas, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s US Healthcare Capital Markets team. The buyer was only identified by the brokerage as a healthcare investor/operator.

The property at 14851 Yorba St. and 165 N Myrtle Ave. includes a single-story, 17,180-square-foot skilled nursing facility, which is vacant, and a two-story, 56,000-square-foot, 48-bed inpatient rehab facility that will be empty by the end of 2021.

The buyer’s intentions for the property, brokers said, are confidential for now.

Ventas is a real estate investment trust that invests in senior living communities, life science, research and other healthcare real estate.
