Pete Davidson has officially moved out of his mother’s basement and purchased his own luxury condo for $1.2 million — just before the new year, The Post can report. The move comes four years after he snagged a $1.3 million Staten Island abode in 2016 for his mom, Amy Waters. They first purchased the Newport Beach home in June 2018 for $4.1 million. Following two years of marriage, the two announced their separation in September.
