Nagpur: In a sudden turn of events in the multicrore Nagpur District Central Cooperative Bank (NDCCB) scam case allegedly involving animal husbandry minister Sunil Kedar, the Maharashtra government appointed Asif Qureshi, chairman of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee’s (MPCC) legal, human rights and RTI departments, to plead the case as special public prosecutor against the minister.
