A mixed-use real estate project in the works for a busy Frisco property includes an H-E-B Supermarket plus apartments, shopping and office space.
The more than 100-acre Four Corners development is at the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 380 and FM 423 on Frisco’s northern edge.
The site is across the street from the huge Windsong Ranch residential community.
The land is owned by multiple owners, including United Commercial Development, Westwood Residential and H-E-B Grocery Co., according to filings with the Frisco planning and zoning commission.
A CVS Pharmacy and apartments have already been built on part of the big tract.
A new zoning request would add medical office, additional restaurant and retail space, and a “pet resort” on the south end of the property.
