The median sales price for a single-family home in Decatur County during July was $127,250. That’s an increase of 6% compared with July 2020, according to data from

The number of houses sold rose by 35.3% from a year earlier. A total of 23 houses were sold county-wide during the month of July. During the same period a year earlier, 17 single-family homes were sold.
